UBUNTU\u00a0 DEVON<\/strong><\/p>\n

Counsellors Wanted<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ubuntu Devon is the lead provider of counselling for ethnic minority communities in Devon.\u00a0 We have developed a multicultural model of counselling which takes cultural identity and cultural norms into account.\u00a0 Owing to increasing demand for our services and the growing number of Asylum Seekers and Refugees in Devon, we are inviting BACP registered therapists to join us.\u00a0 We are planning to develop our services more widely in Devon and further afield.\u00a0 While we have some paid posts available, we also welcome volunteers.<\/p>\n

We require practitioners who have some knowledge and experience of ethnic minority cultures.\u00a0 Particularly welcome are speakers of: Kurdish Sorani, Turkish, Farsi, Bengali, Pashto and Polish.\u00a0 Experience of working remotely as well as face-to-face is essential.<\/p>\n

Salary:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>\u00a318 per hour\/\u00a3126 per day<\/p>\n

Hours: <\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 6 hours per week, working hours flexible to meet the needs of the service<\/p>\n

Salary:<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a315 per hour (2 x 3 hours a week); \u00a390 per week.<\/p>\n
